Thing is, I'm on t3 and one of the guys in another thread told me it will deplete you and make you look flat. Of course taking this pic in the am before breakfast and after popping t3 in the morning I'm' sure doesn't help lol. I'm only taking 50mcg and it is helping me with digestion and also allowing me to eat a ton of food without getting fat. Basically “flat” is when muscle glycogen is emptyish, then “full” is when glycogen stores are full.
