What do you guys think of my routine?

So a few members have told me to try dc training to gain all around more muscle mass so I've created this....


Week 1

Each workout has a 20 second rest pause between “sets” you’ll end up doing 3 rest pause sets with the same amount of weight. (heavy)


Monday

chest, Decline Bench press-

shoulders, Military dumbbell press-

triceps, Close grip bench-

back width, Wide grip lat pulldown-

back thickness Deadlifts-



Wednesday

biceps, Preacher curls-

forearms, pinwheel curls-

calves, Leg press toe press-

hamstrings, Sumo leg press-

quads, Hack squats-

Friday-repeat of Mondays body parts
Monday-repeat of Wednesdays body parts




Week 2

Monday

biceps, barbell drag curl-

forearms, hammer curl-

calves, seated calf raise-

hamstrings lying leg curl-

quads-free squat


Wednesday



chest, Incline bench press -

shoulders, Military press-

triceps, Ez bar tricep extension-

back width, Close grip pulldowns-

back thickness T-bar rows-


Friday-repeat of Mondays body parts
Monday-repeat of Wednesdays body parts



What do you guys think of this??? I'll be doing a test-e and dbol cycle coming up and I was just curious if this would be good for gaining as much mass as possible....
 
That's at three days a week right now. It's just saying the next week monday is the same as the middle weeks workout. Sorry if it's confusing. Where would I add the 4th day anyway? Each day has 1 day rest in between
 
Also would I be able to throw cardio in maybe one day a week? I've been thinking of joinning a boxing/mma class and would be going 1-2 days a week. Is this cardio ok or should I leave it out?
