Cutting to 5% at the moment. Currently little less than 4 weeks away.

The appetite is fine but no orals have ever lowered my appetite, possibly because of the fact that even when eating 6000+ cals a day of clean high volume food I’m still hungry haha

if it's chronic then it can become heavy

but some naturals who eat 4500/5000 kcal and more have no problem

insulin is needed if there are problems, if your blood sugar is excellent for cardio training lifestyle doesn't make sense
