What a movie - Gangs of New York

I watched this movie over the weekend, one of the best movies i tell ya ('cept for the ending). The battle at the beginning is just well directed it puts the rest of hollywood to shame (no spoiler, it's at the beginning).

The Butcher's one of the best characters i have seen in recent history, it's a shame he didn't take any awards. I hated the fact that everyone's calling him "the villan", DiCaprio was the villan!

Agreed, but i forced myself to watch the movie coz all my friends were telling me it'll be well worth it. Even if you hate Dicaprio (same here), the movie's still very good.

The butcher stole that movie! When he had Leo down on the chopping board, And said "What'll it be boys? Shoulder or something, loin or shank?" Then he went off about his heart. Totally fucking sick. You could tell that he loved playing that role.

Oh yeah, Leo's a fag, but I bet he pulls some serious ass, I'm talkin' boy band ass!

It was a really good movie. Scorcese is my favorite director. He is one of only two directors (Kubrick is the other) to have 3 movies in the AFI's top 100 movies of all-time. Scorcese is the man.
