Wendler Log

Coming off 6 day de-load and downloaded app that @brutus79 mentioned called Wendler Log. Brutus, you it anyway be who has used it before, can you advise as to the weight and reps.

I clicked create cycle and glanced over the 4 week cycle and some of the weight it's mentioning to work with is quite low IMO compared to what I normally work with. Is it becasue it's the "first cycle" on the log and gets more extreme as it goes on? Or what?

You can go into settings and manipulate percentages on everything my friend. You put maxes in?

Ok, lemme screw around with it. I did put maxes in and the numbers just seem low compared to what I usually work up to. So I figured week 2, 3 or 4 would be different, but still relatively low

You should be able to tweak the percentages to fit you specifically @Marcus.
Yaaa man. I messed with all the settings in there to make them kinda make sense. I like the protocol that they utilize, after my AMRAP set, I just drop weight down a little bit on my own and finish with 3x3. So I guess I end up with about 9 sets each time, and each week I messed with the reps slightly to kinda push it

Really liking the app a lot. I only use it for the 3 though... do you use it for any other lifts as well? I guess that may be smart

Also, I still have the free version, is the paid that much better?

I have the free version as well. I haven't tried Wendler yet. As far as the other lifts I just lift based off how I feel.

I use the RPE system now. It took some time to get used to. But I like using RPE's.
