“As an engineer” get a load of this guy. Please also mention your SAT/ACT score, your Alma mater, your GPA, and any other relevant credential so that we know you mean business. Because how else would we be able to decipher such an able body individual if not for his ability to read and problem solve independently rather ask something that could be readily found if thoroughly examined—you combed over if that. Piece of advice, don’t approach any conversation with your profession—signals insecurity. Also, you and I know there are a dime a dozen of “engineers” who are not bright, that need to be spoon fed to accomplish anything. Too many ride the laurels of the profession/degree than what the word actually means. Don’t mean to berate, but I have come across too many “i’m an engineer” to know that usually they need a little bit of humble and honest reflection that they are definitely not as bright as they think they are—I know too many liberal arts students that would run circles around those types; don’t be of those.
