Well Wise Supplements

I’ve received my pack from China in good condition. Order placed 1/20 - TD 2/9.

I also placed an order from the US warehouse night of opening, 6 primo, 1 oxandralone 20mg.
Mark reached out to me a couple days later stating that oxandralone was sold out and refunded my BTC promptly. This is much appreciated especially not getting that funny business “I’ll get you on the next order”.

Thanks, reassuring delivery dates.

Whilst still well within the realms of normalcy, I get really really lucky with dead on 2 week deliveries from China and I've just hit the 3 week point on a bigger order from Mark and it's not with my domestic carrier yet.

Again, to stress, I know this is well within acceptable delivery times. Not complaining. Mark's awesome.

Hey bro, I know what you are saying here, and I guess this comes from an experience of dealing with this kind of dicks so much so often. I have been there. We all have been there. You know you are right but the seller of what ever product do not want to admit or do not want to provide a solution.
Now man, this is a very short sight way of doing business, and I do not know if you have ordered or not from me, but this is not who I am, not who we would become.
I understand the value of repeated business and the value of relationship and the feeling of local/loyal customer.
I am not saying I will not watch the video a couple of times, but I am also not saying that I will honour what needs to be honour without questions asked.
We have made many mistakes from day one here, this is normal, I am learning and you guys are learning to work with me and my timings and commitments, but all of those mistakes have been fixed to the standard that would leave the client satisfied and happy, because that is my commitment.

Even in the case you are trying to create, I be totally honest with you. I would give the product free to customer, giving more than the normal option of include it on your next order, whether is a reship at no cost right away, a refund or a store credit (I am sure every one who has had troubles with me at some capacity can confirm this)
But if I believe and I have reasons to believe what is being claim is fake, I would not be a dick about it man, I would give the options to keep client happy, but I would move on from that relationship, as it does not serve a purpose with my business and do not align with my values.

Business at the end of the day is a transactional thing, but more importantly it's about relationships and people.

I hope you understand where my point is going, I am not creating rules to be a dick or to be making it as if I am protecting only the customer
Of course I am protecting my business and I will always be, if feeds my family, but there are different ways of protecting this, one is being a dick, the other one is providing an extremely above the top service, that no matter what happened clients will want to return and grow together with me.
I hope you see my difference in philosophy and that I am not your typical vendor. I mean business bro

We see this video thing quite often here, even from EU sources.

The reason is obvious: many people want to swindle their way to an extra kit or whatever.

This is the recap, and some people here in the forum are to blame.

I get it. As soon as I saw movement on the domestic carrier I got my pack within 3 days. I did get 6 primo and 6 mast e only.

My package did come with the “inspected by US customs tag”.

Hoping they didn’t switch the packs LOL. But everything seemed to be intact and labeled.

One tip bro

Next time, copy & paste that whole wall of text into ChatGPT and type the prompt: "Please edit this so they'll think I was sober when I wrote it"

(same prompt will work for the language barrier)

Syringe filter. Pop the top, back load into syringe, filter. I warm oils first. Flow through the filter faster. Takes me no time at all.
So the thing with this process that I’m still confused about is after you filter, do you put into new vials? And what about the being sealed part? Wouldn’t that break the seal? So then wouldn’t your gear not be able to be stored as long?

Yep I've been there '1:56' and the god damn phone starts to fall over constantly..... F this sh!t !

Lmao...
I once filmed an unboxing by hanging the phone over the "scene" and taking everything out one by one to lay out to count and the fucking battery died. Luckily it was all there.

Now I just open the box from the bottom to keep the label intact and if it's ever short I'll just tape it back up and "unbox" it again from the top. Unboxing videos are a waste of time and just a way of shirking responsibility in the hope the customer didn't make one.

An unboxing video isn't incontrovertible proof. Anybody could make a fake one, if someone is willing to lie and say they were shorted they'd also be willing to fake an unboxing where their primo order contains no primo.

You are right!
In your eyes, what would be the best way for this? Considering that there will always be a very small % that would try something like this?

My experience so far is that I am dealing mainly with honest people, who want transparency and consistency and I haven't feel for once that someone is trying to scam me, a part from a fake SS of payment once lol!

I don't think there is a way to stop a determined scammer from scamming in this scenario. Requiring unboxing videos just punishes honest customers though, it wouldn't hinder a dishonest one.

While they can be faked, unboxing videos are a helpful deterrent in my opinion. Scammers are often lazy people, and the more difficult you make it for them to scam, the more likely they are to seek a softer target. A lazy scammer who can get free stuff by simply saying they didn't receive something may be deterred by the extra effort of having to produce a faked unboxing video proving it. At least you'll have a lower occurrence of scammers attempting funny business with this policy in place. Yes, it is a headache for legit customers who honestly are missing product to have to go through the process of proving it, but a simple phone holder and well lit desk makes unboxing videos easy and quick. They're a necessary, albeit frustrating countermeasure, in my opinion.

You call it "extra effort" for a scammer but "easy and quick" for a legit customer. The only reason some labs have this policy is that they know legit customers rarely bother to make the videos so they can just wash their hands of the problem if it arises.

Something can be easy and quick, but still more effort than nothing at all, but I get your point. I stand by my assertion that a majority of scammers are some of the laziest people out there. I don't think Mark is intending this policy as a way of washing his hands of any mistakes, and I legitimately feel he will weed out some low effort scammers this way, without a disproportionately adverse effect on legitimate customers with honest issues.

If you want to reduce scams or tampering, you need to implement a packaging method that is difficult to manipulate without obvious evidence.

For example, you can pack the shipment normally, then vacuum seal it. That’s a good first layer, but vacuum sealing alone isn’t foolproof. Someone could technically cut it open, remove items, reseal it, and repackage it if they were determined enough.

The stronger approach is adding a tamper evident outer layer with unique identifiers that are difficult to duplicate. This could be a custom foil wrap, branded security tape, serialized labels, holographic stickers, even something simple but unique to you. The key is that once it’s opened, it cannot be restored to its original condition.

Tape it thoroughly. If someone attempts to access the contents, the wrapping should tear, distort, or permanently show evidence of tampering. The packaging itself becomes the indicator.

Because realistically, someone could razor blade into a vacuum pack, remove something, reseal it, and make it look untouched if they wanted to be a scumbag. The goal is to make that either impossible, or immediately obvious.

Layered security + tamper evidence = protection for both sides.

I'll take one HGH kit for my contributions to your success. I don't work for free Mark. ;)

I'm going with a different approach -- no video taking required at all.

For every pack you send out, vacuum seal it, take a picture and store it, tagged to the order number. Thats what SSA used to do i believe. There were occasions they sent me pictures of what was in the pack. Now ofc, there is the issue of opsec. If you do this, please make sure details are deleted, maybe a month or so after delivery is made.

Any customer claiming unreceived, send them the picture.

you filter directly into a new, sterile, sealed vial; need a second needle to let the air out of the vial while your injecting the sterile gear into it

at this point your new vial has been punctured; you can purchase small sticker-like 'band aids' to put on the top if the product is going into storage (not necessary if you plan to use immediately)

I've seen some UGL's require checking if everything is there before the vacuum seal is broken. So they can at least know it was how they shipped it.
