just wanted to see peoples views I no it sounds silly but of course I drink water but it's normally only when I train etc rest of the time I'm drinking fizzy pop tbh but you see people saying they drink 3/4/5 litres of it a day what does drinking that amount actually do? Apart from keeping water retention down? Does fizzy drink count as having some amount of water or is it something completely different like ingredients wise thanks folks any study's etc about muscle growth or what not is what I'm basically looking for.
