Water per day

How much water is recommended while on anabolics? I drink around 1 and a half gallons a day to 2 gallons.
 
That's pretty good amount, everyone's saying 1+ gallon, however I haven't seen any scientific backup and having one would be difficult as nobody condones scientific research on recreational steroid users. I drink more on trying days at least 4 litres on rest days little bit less as I won't sweat that much, I don't set a goal though that's just the numbers I worked out counting what I usually drink.
 
I get as low as 2 litres a day while on cycle and haven't died yet. Not that I'm recommending that little water for anyone else.
 
Yeah there has been study's on just drinking when your thirsty and it works fine.
I can usually tell when my body is dehydrated.
Obviously if I go out drinking or whatever I will drink a bunch of water that morning to get back on track.
 
But when you wait till your thirsty your body is already lacking fluids. That's why its telling you to drink. I drink throughout the day. Never let myself get thirsty.
 
I drink when thirsty, and a lot more during workouts. Lately I've found a great system that works well for me based around workout timing and consuming creatine HCL, and I'm WAY leaner and up a few pounds while going almost keto and still staying strong. Muscles are good and full despite pulling carbs. The water and creatine is allowing me to still stay full and pumped on less carbs
 
The same part of your brain that controls thirst also controls hunger.... most confuse the signal....:(

I aim for at least a gallon... but I sometimes fall short, and rarely concentrate on tracking it.... every time I'm near water I drink it...

And mostly watch my pee color.... if it's clear I'm good to go:)

Even a slight yellow makes me drink sum more:)... prolly aids in helping me piss all my vitamins$$ down the bowl:(

Good luck if you're taking a multi like ON's Optimen. Piss is so damn neon that it looks like it would glow in the dark. And that's after one to two gallons of water a day.

But Yeah I don't take a lot of multi's anymore... I feel like if a sup makes me pee bright colors it's either way over doing the b vitamins or/and since its water soluble that's all the unused & unabsorbed vitamins:(

I take My vitamin like a man nowadays in gummy form :)

It's not a bad multi, nothing earth-shattering, but much more convenient to take than the pack stack vitamins.

Yeah, you do piss a lot of it away, but I haven't been meal prepping in a while and feel that it's worth it considering I'm probably not getting everything I need in my diet. It's a good bit cheaper than Animal Stak and others, so there's that too.
 
I drink 10-12L a day sometimes up to 16L on hot days. By 11am I've drinken 5L, 1L preworkout 3L in the gym and 1L postworkout. Just a thirsty guy I guess and I sweat like hooker in church
