Not much has changed in the 80 odd years since. Other than the fact that the Military Industrial Complex has become even more insidious. All this attention on entitlement reform just feels like a clumsy attempt to misdirect me away from the elephant in the room. I mean it's wearing a goddam fucking pink tutu and spinning in pirouettes for christs sake, how you gonna keep me from noticing it?

I'm not saying anything about anyone in the armed forces (I'm a USN veteran myself). I'm saying something about the private sector douchebags in the Military Industrial Complex trying to rob the taxpayers blind at every turn. Which, by the way, is the same goddam point that was being made throughout this entire thread. How do I know this? Because I fucking see it every day and do my best to prevent it. ...
