Want to become a monster After surviving death

I'll try to keep this story as short as possible. I know our attention spans are short nowadays.@ age 23 working as a personal trainer I almost died from a virus (not covid) and was bed ridden/using a wheelchair for about 6 months & then going on to using a zimmerframe for 6 months.

After I beat the virus I was left with 2 autoimmune diseases polymyositis & scleroderma. For those who don't know what polymyositis I'll give a brief definition: it's a myopathy that inflames the muscles causing pain, weakness & fatigue. Scleroderma
Is an uncommon condition that results in hard, thickened areas of the skin & sometimes problems with internal organs & blood vessels.
I use corticosteroids (prednisone) to combat this & my organs are in good condition thank god. I use a vasodilator for raynauds phenomenon which affects the blood vessels in my hands & feet.

@ 24 for a whole year, I've been rehabing on my own & now actually able to train in the gym but nowhere near as hard as I did before I got sick. As my muscles pay the price the next day.

Now @25 I Realise my body has stalled due to my autoimmune conditions & I want to get the engine running & put in some thrusters. I want to Build more muscle, more stamina, more size & just make an ultimate comeback from what the last 2 years felt like hell. I'm 5ft11 weighing 80kg, goal weight is to be 97kg & maintain it for as long as possible.

Looking at using Test, GH/Ghrp6 & Hcg I want kids. Dunno what dosages, if you guys could suggest dosages? One reason why I want to use gh is because corticosteroids (especially prednisone) is catabolic over time which reduces muscle mass, weakens bones & causes bone loss. Hgh can combat that & a multitude of other things. All I know is I want to stay on & be on trt for my lifetime, I don't care about injecting I just wanna feel optimal & monstrous

My goal now is to be a personal trainer for those with chronic illness & disabilities because now I know what's it's like... so yeah guys I need suggestions on dosages, this is for the long run & I need more energy to work...

I won’t make any recommendations as far as dosages go. Possibly start off with TRT doses and go from there? I congratulate you for beating the virus and being so resilient. Best wishes!

Get your test levels checked. If you’re hypogonadal then see if you can get TRT. Usually thats more then enough. 25 is fairly young though. I highly doubt you’d have low testosterone. As I stated in my previous comment. Best wishes!

Thanks man.

Yh I agree, I doubt I'll need it for my age. Just wanna have more energy & strength. Maybe I'll try low dose cycles, & pct, I will have a think about it for now.

Better be careful if you are taking any medications for your condition as some may have bad interactions with AAS. Sucks for this to happen to you but go by what the doctor tells you.

I don't think it is. However with his condition, aas is a really bad and stupid idea.
It is risky but if you understood the type of fatigue, weakness & pain i get on a day to day basis, you'd probably wanna give up on life. I want quality over quantity of life. I will never give up.

I'm not gonna go crazy high doses on anything.
More about keeping the dosages as low as possible, training precisely to get the results i want. I don't want aas to take control. I want it to give me a slight kick to where I need to go.

Your goal can easily be achived with the right diet and training, considering your condition i would invest in a coach rather then aas for now, best of luck.

That's just it. You've got a high inflammation environment and AAS can worsen that, leaving you feeling even more fucked up. You probably have mitochondrial dysfunction, the reason why you're so without energy, so addressing inflammation should be your primary concern. I'm sorry bro, but AAS wont fix your problems. I'd tread very very carefully if I was you.

Ok man.

I'll keep AAS in limbo for now & address the inflammation.

This inflammation being number one cortisone isn’t good at all degrades tendons cartilage when used to treat pain inflammation wrecks blood sugar levels causes excess water retention which will wreck electrolytes mood energy levels

I’d definitely not use any anabolics but however look up other treatments for your condition any other medications that are out that help over constant cortisone like immune suppressants they have there sides but maybe can help

Also stem cell therapy I’s the future and I’d save for this over any steroids or hgh for now third generation stem cell treatment isn’t long away and I’m sure second generation now can help treat you

Add curcumin black petter extract and msm for inflammation cpr levels will be normal using this or it should be mine was elevated now normal on this combo

Given what you've been through, and the certainty of some of your statements such as:

"All I know is I want to stay on & be on trt for my lifetime, I don't care about injecting I just wanna feel optimal & monstrous"

I won't pretend to understand what it is like to almost die, beat death, and then have the scars to contend with, and I am much older than you.

The best advice would be to start low & slow, continously monitor, and tweak as required. There is no magical dose or combination of substances that anyone can provide necessarily, as there are many variables to consider; most importantly though would be your idea of what is ideal vs. my ideal vs. Joe's ideal.

I am certain you've considered the potential repercussions and have weighed or balanced them against wanting a certain quality of life (or your ideal vision of what that means to you, and for you), so I would suggest engaging your Doctor/team and at least mitigate issues by eliminating substances that might affect you differently or with a greater degree of severity due yo your illnesses.
I am not providing advice, but if I were experiencing what you were, then I would want certain hormones and things such as Total Testosterone, free Testosterone, GH (as you had mentioned) to be at supraphysiological levels.
I might look into peptides such as Bpc 157 and TB 500 (to start) and see how/if those have the potential to alleviate any of my issues.
I might start somewhere in the 175mg to 250mg per week range of Test E or C. Maybe I would start GH in the 2UI per day range.
If i decided to try BPC and/or TB 500 I would probably go with something like 250 MCG x2 per day of BPC and 3 to 5 MG of TB 500 per week.
I would of course research all of these first. Then ensure the doses make sense for me. I would get blood work done first. I would advise my Doc first. As time went on, i would adjust, tweak, remove and add as I educated myself through both practical and theoretical.

Give an example of one medication that has a bad interaction with AAS.

Good news. It's called being a physical therapist. You don't need AAS but need a master's/doctorate's degree

I use prednisone as an immunosuppressant & boy does it help, the side effects are a bit rough but I am resilient. I was going to be put on methotrexate too but I dunno how I feel about that one.

Yea I use Curcumin but not msm, I will look into that.

I will look into the stem cell treatment, thank you.

What stem cell therapy? For autoimmune issues they utilize monoclonal antibodies.

I hope you are not talking about a transplant..

I know, it's just a separate goal I want physically & I'm going to make sure I achieve it in the right way. When I'm serious about a goal, it has to be done.

Maybe I can achieve it without low doses of AAS. I'll see.
