I reviewed your order and can confirm that you purchased the capsules several months ago. As announced in our Discord server at that time, the capsules contained a filler. If they had been pure, I would be far more concerned about receiving +1.2g of “pure DNP” per capsule, given that the intended dosage is 200mg, rather than about the absence flames during the burn test.@VSL Research I did burn test on DNP like in one of your videos. That’s not correct. We did have one issue in the past with a batch that wasn’t evenly dried, but we’ve since invested in a vacuum dehydrator and the problem has already been fixed.Most likely bevause they sent you shit wet as fuck and still full of solvents and not dry enough to catch on fire.

Hello,Bought from this guy and never got my order.
Bought many times from China and from countries inside EU, never had a problem getting my order and first order with VSL this happens.
Package never made it to my country, when packages get here I always get a email or phone call by the local delivery that my order is on its way or that they tried to delivery, 100% of the time. Not with this guy. After about a month the delivery address changed to somewhere in his country, and then it was delivery to the Netherlands.
I contacted PostNL for info, they said only the sender can do something about it. I told VSL that and hes been ignoring me ever since.
Never offered refund or re-shipment

First of all, we do not have any return address, the package was delivered to a fake Netherland address as we do have to put a NL address as shipper, because we use PostNL, but we in fact are located inside Belgium.
As discussed with you already, we do not cover lost packages but seized ones, and you knew it before ordering as it's listed in our discord server.
We still wanted to compensate you with free products, but yet you refused;

Also, as shown in your screenshot, before that it was returned to the sender, it was in a outlet and seems to returned as you didn't took the package.

It's not that I don't want to believe you but understand my perspective, a few weeks after posting your package, the tracking update and it says that the package is available to a pick-up point, and a few days later it says "returning to seller" because no one picked up the package.The package never made it to my address, as I have bought from people that used PostNL before and never had any problems.
You changed the receiver address to somewhere in Belgium, and after that the package was lost. Also, you can see on the tracking link that the receiver address is yours, and that no information are missing, which could have caused the package to be lost, it seems to be an issue 100% caused by the shipping company, and we unfortunately can't do anything for these very rare situations.
