for muscle building purposes (not performance in any sport), while on a lean bulk which one would you choose?

Anavar or Tbol?

I’d be combining it with a test base btw
 
yeah tbh I think I’ll just up the test dose instead of adding an oral.

I’ll start at 300mg/week to gauge aromatization and from there I’ll up it until the most I can handle without having to use an AI, not sure if it makes sense?

I’m also considering just adding some gh throughout the cycle, since I have a good source and it’s always a boost.

both Tbol or Var would be pharma grade.

now in regards to training, rest and diet, I don’t see how that would affect the choice.

Obv I’m trying to compare both ceteris paribus (meaning the training, diet, and rest would be the same in each scenario).

This tells me you have no idea what you are talking about. Turinabol stopped being produced by drug companies over two decades ago, anything on the market is UGL.

You need some hamburgers, not drugs.

I'm sure that your much more knowledgeable than me in this regard but from every literature that I've found (as well as chatgpt to be completely honest) 1-1.5 IU p/ day (max) is a replacement dose.

So 4 IUs seems to be def supraphyisiological.

Also, yeah it'd stop my natural production of GH, but as soon as I stopped the cycle, the endogenous production rebounds.

my bad then, they would be both from UGL.

But either way, I won't proceed with combining test with an oral. I'll just up the test dose as much as I can without needing an AI, and might as well add some GH

I'll get my IGF-1 tested than and see what my levels are.

Either way, what IGF-1 level would be worth to hit if I went ahead and added GH to my test cycle? like 400ng/dl of igf?

Yes I think this is a better idea. Since it’s your first time make sure you have an AI on hand, some people need it even at just 300mg per week. For me I need the same ai at 300 or 500, and I just had to find that out with trial and error. So err on the side of caution. Also even though you might not need an AI, acne and so on may be a factor at low doses and when you introduce new hormones, so you might want to get something prepared for that too.

Gh 4-5 is totally enough. I think at your height once you get around 190-200 pounds, more is helpful. If you go higher especially during initial use (like up to 10 as a first time user) you might run into some trouble
Just remember when you start gh, titrate up. You said 1-1.5 is replacement, I agree, and slightly higher than that is where I would recommend initiating a protocol. Don’t rush it, so that you can avoid sides.
