You're not the first I've heard say this which has me kinda sketched on switching over. My current sub runs out in a couple days and I have all my tests ordered for the foreseeable future.

Does converting your account block you from the old way of ordering? When you resub, are you now forced into the new portal? I see they have an enticing 15% off your first order when you convert an existing account. Would this apply to resubs? I don't need it every month so I just pay as I go.

My dad converted his account and now can not find the specifics tests he literally signed up to get, notably ultra sensitive psa.

My account is still as is and the available labs are severely limited to just a handful of tests.

Email them...I'm also stuck in the same situation. Was going to use the 15% and get tested tomorrow but the new portal doesn't even have the test lol
