How Do You Get Rid Of The Trojan Virus Once You Get It? I Am Almost Positive I Got It Through Downloading A File Through An Email. I Cannot Even Load Aol To The Comp. And It Says I Have No Cd Rom Capability, I Cant Download Anything To Try And Fix It. Its Fuckin With Almost Everything On My Computer, I Constantly Get Error Messages That Wont Go Away, My Volume On My Pc No Longer Works. Is This The Trojan Virus Or A Worm? Should I Just Go Get A New Hard Drive Installed? Because I Have One... Or Should I Try Something Else? Do We Have Any Pc Guru's Here? Any Help Would Be Extremely Appreciated...and We Could Work Out Someway Of Compensation If You Are Able To Help Me Get Rid Of This. Thank You. Strength - please P.m. There will be some programs come up. There is one that is free to try, it scans your HD for any Trojan horse programs, then eliminates them.

Wow smart move dude. He just ask for those that know about computers and it is obvious that KOMT does not. He stated that he can't download anything to fix it so I would assume that going to download.com wouldn't help at all. Plus Strength22 you do not have a trojan horse if you are experience those problems. You either have a malicious program virus or you may even have accidently deleted/unistall useful and important programs from your computer. The best thing I would suggest is have a professional look at it. Getting a new harddrive or switching harddrives will not help if many of your other programs are effected. It is hard to help you with your problem because it can be many reasons for the problem. I am almost certain that it is a virus or a human error than a trojan horse.

I say from all the problems you have the best thing to do is first backup all the important files from this machine ( tell me what OS you have and what type of machine) ( since you dont have no CD Rom support) use a USB thumb drive or if you have alot of files hook up the secondary harddrive as a slave and copy the files over ......after you have everythnig you need wipe that drive and reinstall the os from scratch...some machine come with restore CD's that all you have to do is pop in the Cd and wala everything is there like when yopu first bought the computer ...let me know what type of machine and what os you have and we will take it from there
