Upping my test from 250mg to 400mg, have ai use questions and others

Hello, I started my cycle at 250 mg test e pining subq ed.

Lately I am considering moving up to 400mg and wanted to know how to properly dose my ai that i have had on hand since the beginning. Also I am wondering about if I can still do subq ed, with a 400mg dose or I should just thug out the pip i got when i used to do IM, which was brutal.

LMK, it will help a ton, the ai seems very odd to me just because I haven't used it ever and never really heard a lot about it

Also upping my dut dose from 1.5mg to 2.5, i still experiencing hair loss at 1.5mg right now and thats just fucked

You should do bloodwork before playing with AI. You should also do bloodwork once on the AI to dial in your dose (if it is even needed).

Also, different AI’s are dosed differently. You haven’t give any real info for someone to help you here.

Once you have bloodwork, there are some guidelines to how people respond, I think Ghoul, readalot, or Photon talked about it. That said, others can help once they know your numbers.

I crush my e2 with EQ and normalize with Estradiol Cyp, so I am in no place to give you advice on dosing.

you didnt give enough info... whats your E2 on 250? Whats your bf% theres multiple factors on how you aromatize. If youre really lean and blessed genetically you might not even need an AI on 400 Test. Just do your Labs and assess from there. Keep an eye out for high E2 sides aswell while waiting for the upped dose to saturate. High water retention, moodyness, higher BP, puffy nips etc

2.5 mg dut and you are still experiencing hairloss? goddamn. lets hope its just shedding from doing high dose dutasteride and not androgen driven hairloss.
I wrote this on another post today but be aware of mood changes, libido changes, satisfaction changes (that has got to be absolutely nuked for you at 2.5mg Dutasteride daily. DHT is probably so low its borderline immeasurable)
also, if DHT is nuked, you might be more likely to need an AI a bit earlier than you would otherwise.

Monitor how you feel for future reference.
Get bloodwork, then decide how much AI you should use. 1-1.5mg/week should be good as a start, but you can always go up.
