Update on my homebrew enanthate

It has been about 4 weeks since my enanthate arrived from China and my homebrew supplies were delivered. I made 10 g in 2% BA and 20% BB in macadamia oil at 250 mg/ ml. It is thin, easy to draw and shoot, not to mention nearly painless. QV getting shut down might have been a blessing in disguise. Their stuff hurt like hell after each shot and I was not sure there was 250 mg of enanthate per ml. I am on TRT so underdosed and painful shots are not acceptable over the long term.

About the oil. Macadamia oil is a highly monounsaturated oil much like olive oil. It is clear, colorless and very thin. I saw grapeseed oil right next to it on the shelf, but remembered how it had a tendency to go rancid. The cost is about the same, but I am not complaining about prices. This whole situation turned out to be much cheaper and safer than the alternatives. 4 10cc vials of enanthate for around $20. I know I will be happy and healthy for the next 5 years.

Could be wrong but thought that you didn't have to use BB for enanthate and only for stuff like cyp, tren, prop etc? If you do have to use bb then the recipe I saw was wrong! ;)

I put in the BB because that is how Delatestryl is formulated. It helps to thin out the oil and preserve the mix. That is important to me. I will have to stick myself with 125mg. every week indefinitely, no cycling. I recently changed from 23g needles to 25g needles. It is a little harder to draw. But the shot is now painless.

You shoot with the same needle you draw with?

Yes. I would rather not tear up the rubber top on the vial with a large gauge needle. Each vial needs to last me 20 weeks. I do not use it up in 5 weeks or less like you guys that cycle gear. I could do it with another 25 gauge needle, but that just adds another step.

useing a 27-28g and you can draw and shoot with same pin .. not much longer to draw and pin is still plenty sharp .. also, if you have plenty fat, then just go to outer quad .. If you do at least some leg workout, then there should be no fat or not much on outer quad, even if your 30% .. pop it in, inject, and all set .. never a problem .. I use shoulders also but if you have high % BF you may need longer than 1/2" like i use ..

now that you mention thigh shots yesterday i did my right quad and i could see a lot of veins in the area so i had to look real careful and shoot in between veins and that is with a high bodyfat level,i aspirated the syringe and no blood so i injected and today i'm not even sore(1cc only) so i like the spot,at first i was hesitant and almost did the shoulder instead,i used a 22 gauge 1 and 1/2 but did not insert the whole needle,i got 23 gauge 1 inchers coming soon.

For one year now, I have been giving myself shots in the quads. I am a really small guy. Not much fat or muscle to have to go through. I push in a needle 3/4". Any deeper and I will inject under the muscle and on top of bone. I don't know what possesed me to use 23g needles. Other than that's what everyone else uses for IM test. Tomorrow, it is shot day for me. I actually am looking forward to it. The 25g needle goes in with little resistance and i am sure it is damaging less tissue. I do not have to put up with the punched in the leg feeling for 2 days after. I still remember the first time I shot myself with 1 cc of QV Enantat. I was dragging my leg around for a week. The following shots were not nearly as bad. I should have known, by the way it burned going in and started hurting right after. What I make at home does not burn and there is no swelling or redness afer.
