unconventional approach to getting leaner, it works!!!

In my experience, getting LEAN can be done primarily through diet. Getting RIPPED however, has to be a combo of a solid cardio regiment and diet.

I think every two pounds is around one percent body fat so how many pounds per week could one loose to get in those low digits....without dnp.Also getting lean seems to be more of a spread out process over a period of time rather than a thing that can be achaived in one month and I mean while holding onto muscle or even recomping.
 
I have to lose more than 1-2 lbs to lose 1% bodyfat but that's just me on a cut the thing that works for me is fasting by far and it is quick a huge bonus for me is dumping the toxins along with the fast after years of doing it off and on you get used to it, I drop a lot of wt water and real wt fast while staying strong.
