After years of listening/practicing the everyday conventional way to get ripped, I have come to the conclusion that 90% of what you hear is BULLSHIT. Everything from the 20 min window for pwo nutrition, the 1-2 grams/lb of bodyweight protien balogni, the overtraining hype to much of a degree, MOST supplements including protein powders that are "pure isolate" the 1 cheat meal per week rule, its all bullshit!!! If only I had gone my own path and listened to my body years ago!! I have gone plenty of days without eating within an hour of training, eat 4 regular scrambled eggs instead of a shitload of whites, occasionally eat fats pwo like natty pb, reg eggs, avocados. I eat when I'm hungry, not 6 meals everyday like the gospel, some days 3, other days 7, whatever!!! This is crazy, I'm only 8 lbs off competition weight, shredded as hell, and it seems like I'm only trying half as hard!!! Sometimes I have 3 cheat meals/wk, sometimes 4, sometimes none. Instinctive training/nutrition 100% of the way. I'm back down to 150mg/wk TRT dose only, and I'm still getting stronger and leaner. IMO much of what you read os all speculation and theory, and to get so anal about things you cant have a life is retarded. Its just too easy to stay shredded now, going my own path
