Two batches in, GH is … bubbly?

Hey folks, I’m on my second different CN source (sorry) of hGH and they have both had pretty persistent bubbles. The 12iu had small bubbles, the 36iu has larger bubbles. Both filtered through 4um filters, reconned with genuine Hospira…
Is this normal?

How fast are you putting the bac water in and how fast are you pushing it through the filter? Are you letting it run down the side of the glass slowly, or squirting it straight onto the bottom?

The bubbles there before and after filtering? How long do they last?

i hold my needle and vial at a 90* angle and let the vacuum pull the water in and i never have any bubbles EVER , i just don't understand,

Same

what sources?

SRY (remember them?) 15iu, small bubbles.
WWB 36iu, large bubbles.
Neither set of bubbles seems to pop. Lots and lots of surface tension. An idle curiosity of mine is if the hGH is causing the surface tension and I am missing the best product. ‍♂️
i thought you said 12 iu? now im realllly confused,

Air / water interface exposure denatures rHGH (unfolds it). Bubbles form a surface area that's entirely air / water interface. This rHGH will still appear pure by HPLC. Over time though, the unstable denatured rHGH acts as aggregate forming "seeds" that are biologically inactive so potency drops much faster than it otherwise would. It's a commonly understood issue with rHGH and other folded proteins.

"Exposure to air–water interfaces causes significant aggregation of rhGH.”

“Protein loss occurs due to adsorption at the bubble surface, even under low shear conditions.”

So I’m not missing anything. That’s good to know, thanks a bunch.

It's not "ruined", the loss over a week or so is likely low single digit percentages, but the point is bubbles and foam should be avoided.

And filtering to minimize the resulting aggregates (and other crap) wouldn't be a bad idea.

All filtered, bunch of Tisch filters round here.
This board has me convinced of filtering, even my CN oils will get filtered. (Diff filters, I got those too)
