Hello @Studious69, USA and USPS has stopped accepting parcels from Turkiye post and many other countries due to not having automated taxation system. For example when we send to EU with expedited shipping(2-5 day delivery, DHL, Fedex etc) and some countries request taxation payment online, clients just click on tracking site and pay with card. They get their parcels safe and sound, taxes and dues paid.Thats why we have %20 discount for EU. Few other countries also use the same system for taxation. Taxes are pretty low, we compensate for upcoming orders if requested by client but they mostly dont care as its mostly around 10-15$ and its not even charged for %75 of EU countries.
USA requests postal services to have the same system and many dont, so until postal services bring in the same system, they arent accepting packs. This put us in a tight situation as we can send a limited quantity of expedited shippings for safety reasons, so we had to impose 500$ limit for international packs to USA. *TP Domestic Line, and other countries' minimum order is still 200$. Then we kept on having an overload of orders, clients still waiting for their packs for days due to waiting line. So we had to raise limit to 1000$ and the waiting line has become acceptable again. Thats the reason of "unreasonable" high minimum order limit for USA. If it was up to us and we could do whatever we like, we wouldnt have any minimum order limits, that limit keeps clients away from making trial orders.
When postal service turns back to normal, we'll be able to work as usual, so USA order limit will have the standard limit of 200$. We have no idea when they'll fix it.
All clients are recommended to check shipping information page before making an order to see the latest safety and reship policy situation of their country and shipping method.

Yes this is the current situation. They can only send one express pack per day (which is the only shipping option to the US currently) so if there are 10 orders in front of you don't expect your product in the "express 2-5 day" window. Keep this in mind as it may take a bit longer to send than before. Once they send it then the express 2-5 days will apply. They did this because USPS has stopped taking packs from Turkey. I have placed both a domestic order and an international order. My international had to be over $1000 minimum.

Oh wow I have not seen that. Maybe shoot them an email. They have always been super easy to work with for me at least. When I placed my order express was still available. They may have had to stop for a bit. I would definitely shoot them an email to see options.

They are by far very easy to deal with. They have always had answers to any questions I had or worked with me about special requests.
Due to nature of the business, sometimes some shipping methods may become available/unavailable out of our control. For example since a few months we cant send anything to USA with regular airmail as USPS doesnt accept anything from our country(and also many other countries) due to new regulations they have. We arent expecting the problem to go back to normal soon. But it should eventually go back to normal.
We had a small delay with expedited shipping, but right now it is back to normal. Available to choose when making order too.
EU clients can choose all, regular airmail, expedited shipping, EU domestic shipping methods. All international stock is available for EU Domestic shipping. Your order will be sent from Germany to your address in EU. No taxation, no customs check.
USA clients can choose expedited shipping for all international and TP Domestic Line shipping for TP Domestic Line products. Regular airmail is not available for USA right now.
When there is an update about shipping methods, we change shipping information page right away, even if the issue is temporary. So before making order, we recommend all clients to check shipping information page for up to date situation.

I'm sure everyone appreciates the clarity but this might have been better saved for email comms with customers who purchased them
OPSEC concerns
These are labels made just for photos. They have Cosmolady brand name on website but received labels are different. Received labels are pretty easy to figure out what they are, for clients, just like these ones. If we dont give clients an idea of what they will receive beforehand, they sometimes get confused when they receive the products.
For example we have discreet Cinnatropin, clients know what they'll get from photos beforehand and no one complains. Its not easy to explain these details on email to clients one by one because we dont know who is interested in peptides beforehand.
Labels arent very professional, they can be changed pretty easily. We can also send peptide vials without labels if requested by client. We ask their preference beforehand when an order is made.
Peptide vials are very easy to send with all shipping methods, they are nearly invisible to xray as there are extra preventive measures on packs.

Also, do you foresee the $1000 order minimum order on international to US going away any time soon?
They dont come with bacteriostatic water, they come as peptides in small vials.
Dont think minimum order is going to go away soon if they keep it on as strict as this. That limit is valid only for international orders to USA. Not TP Domestic Line, which is USA domestic.
