Hello when should the 2.5mg oxandralone tabs and the 10mg tabs be restocked?

We are dependent on Iran pharmacies about them, and they don't have them in stock since a long time. Sometimes small batches of 2.5 mg/100tab arrive, but we run out quickly. When they come back to stock we'll post here with photos.

Pharmacy price is low for Bayer to make profit, so they don't distribute. Product is still in pharmacy list, price is updated(not enough, it seems) as any other medicine, so if the price issue is fixed, it should be back in pharmacies. There is no other problem.
This happens due to inflation, lets say a box of a medicine is 400Turkish Lira=10$. As USD/TRY rate will change, USD will be more valuable as US doesnt have same inflation issue with currency. So the price of medicine will still be 400TL but it will equal 9$, 8$, 7 $, it goes down until new price update comes by. Goverment pays prescription costs to pharmacies so they always keep medicine prices low which causes unavailability due to price.

I couldn't find comments except last year. Has anyone used the domestic 200mg primo recently? The guy from last year said he had horrible pip.
0.2 ml of BB per 1 ml total solution. So 20% v/v. A little different on weight percentage basis.
