Hello today marks the end of week 5 and the start of week 6.
Week 1 average weight: 167.7lb (Previous week 165.3)
Week 2 average weight: 168.4lb (+0.7lb)
Week 3 average weight: 169.2lb (+0.8lb)
Week 4 average weight: 170.4lb (+1.2lb)
Week 5 average weight: 173.8lb (+3.4lb)
Week 6 average weight: 173.8lb (+0lb)
Amazing week for me. Best week of the cycle by far. Almost every single movement increased by reps or weight. Pumps have made me look and feel great. I didn’t gain weight but I stayed at my 3000 calories, that’s probably my body making up for gaining 3lb last week lol
Certainly have noticed a lot of hair shedding these last few weeks, ordered some RU/KX to apply on my scalp daily to try to manage that. Also i’m taking dutasteride / minoxidil orally.
Switched over to Neo’s test cyp in Mig812 starting this morning, so hoping to see a difference in less sub-q lumps compared to my previous test cyp. Tolerating the lumps just fine though they just get annoying at times. But definitely tolerable enough to where I know I can do this again for my next cycle down the road.
