Tudca or Nac for liver support

Tudca (500/1000mg a day) + NAC (900/1200mg or more)

i use this combo every day ; plus Milk thistle , curcumine , LIV 52 DS , help me with digestion , and liver health , i don't use oral but every day i eat a loot of food

And yet, a few months ago I remember IIx commenting on tudca by saying it's "meh". Apparently not impressed. I don't remember him stating any reason behind his opinion.

Tudca at 1500 lowered my liver values by 30 points each bringing them almost to normal while using orals.

definitely both. I was doing 1000 TUDCA and 1200mg NAC when I had poor liver markers, then lowered to 500 TUDCA, 1200 NAC for maintenance and have stayed on that through blasts and cruises

I have never used injectable glutathione but have heard that’s the way to go when your liver has been wrecked by orals and you’re trying to come back in a health phase.

I use nac everyday year round and then tudca with orals and for a month after at 500mg a day
I also run injectable glutathione year round something like 320mg a week split up into four shots. Supposed to be very good for the liver and overall health, it's a strong anti oxidant

Idk enough about tudca but NAC is always good shit they give it to alcoholics to rebuild their liver (n I used to take it when I was eating grams of tylenol when I was in love with percs n vicodins, I couldn’t be bothered to do a cold water extraction so that whole period of time I was eating like 4/5g of acetaminophen n could literally feel the liver hurt, took NAC for a couple days n boom all good).

Shitty example but just goes to show that stuff works very well, no wonder they won’t approve it for certain stuff ahah the system in the states is fked
