Trying to squeeze a week of workouts in 2 days

I work up to 70 hours a week, usually night work, so on the weekends Ive been doing 2 workouts ( only upper body) I am wondering if it possible to do 2 workouts a day and still get the same results as 1 workout 4 times a week. If so should I do them back to back, or one in the am and one in the pm. Also would it even be worth it to start a cycle? Or do I need to find a new job. Just seeing if anybody has some experience with this.

Thats a rough schedule you have there...... I think anything is possible depending how much sacrifice are you willing to make. So there lays the question. Are you willing to have a workout routine to see results aside from your loaded work schedule?

I would tell you three times a week at least. Squeezing a full body workout into a whole day might do a killing on your already fatigued body/mind.

I ran with a fairly similar schedule for awhile. I would rotate 6 hours sleep on work day with a 1 hour work out and then doing a 2/day split. 2/days (I think this is called weider double split also) are rough, but not bad as long as you don't overdo it. Shorting your sleep isn't as bad as it sounds, even with 13 hour work days id be ok at the end.

Make sure to get enough rest though. Prep food a couple days in advance to let you get enough if you have to
