Haha I know right, when I picked the nickname I thought it sounded funny/cool. (It does in my natal language at least)

Still thinking 3k surplus is craaaazy, never heard of something like that.
 
x bodyweight formulas are pretty useless IMO.

For example you do realize that a 300 lb guy with the same bodyfat % has well over twice the muscle as a 150 lb guy right?

Or say someone is 200 lbs at 25% bodyfat, should they be eating the same calories and protein if they have the same goals as someone at 200 lbs at 10% bf?

Different body compositions have different metabolisms, and inherently some have genetically faster vs slower metabolisms too.

It's like saying take your arm measurement and multiply it by x and that's how much protein you should eat lol.
