Hey whats up. Quick intro. In my 40's 6' 220. Pretty clean diet. Pretty active with lots of zone 2 cardio but have not been consistent with the weights in many years (kids, work, etc) but looking to change that. Prior to my lull in training I had a decent raw max in the big three. I'm On 150 mg/wk test, 1 mg/wk reta, and will start hgh soon. I'm new to reta with my 3rd dose this week and so far its going well. Never ran hgh before but picked up some opti blues on the sale this weekend. Planning to start slow, work up to 4 iu and go from there. Later.
