Are you still in a position where you get tested regularly @bossetti ?
if yes, synthesizing starting from cholesterol, pinning in MIG812 is the way to go, assuming they are doing rigorous testing,

if they are just doing basic testing, TNE synthesized starting from plant sterols (the stuff we get from china) is good enough. If they are doing very inconsitent testing, 1x daily with Castor oil, and lowest BB/ BA necessary should be plenty.

Btw is it hard to source the test synthetized from cholesterol? And its better because is the same as what the humsn body use to make it naturally,right?
 
Try contest prep on 10x the amount of test prop you are taking and you still feel the same. Sometimes it is more than your hormones.
Yeah 100% its only a part of the big equation imho sleep play a bigger role in it, but i improved a lot,only side is that its a bit easier to argue lol
 
I still have a hard time understanding how you're own production isn't going to be affected ... thereby making you have an overall free testosterone level that is lower than before injecting in the first place.

My guess is when they were taking Test during the Tour in the early 90's-2000's they didnt care, as they only needed the boost for 3 weeks. So before they're natural production was affected, they were off the protocol.
So they were in the 'honeymoon phase' during the race and then stop everything post Tour, let the body recover, and then hit it again depending on schedule.

I mean in my case im almost sure to be hypogonadal its impossible to not be when ur low bodyfat training so much

Well, now, since you injected test and shut down your normal production, but you were just assuming prior to that. You had not data.
 
few updates been lazy for some day lol,more hunger not that its a big thing for me im already single digit BF eating what i want, someone would say probably too high in carb (and they arent wrong)but i love pasta and its high performance fuel lol then im lucky that sleep wasnt damaged i only have more energy during the day, but if i want to sleep i can even better than before(could be by training a bit harder but who knows) and training is amazing i feel a bit more strenght and recovery its better than before


MY opinion is that u still need to put in the work u just recover better and have more strenght and by recovery i mean also mental

Mi opinión es que todavía tienes que esforzarte para recuperarte mejor y tener más fuerza, y por recuperación me refiero también a la mental.

Have you tested any of your levels yet before jumping on TRT ? (Specifically T3,T4, or TSH). The not recovering, can easily be anything under the sun and to jump on TRT as an experiment is questionable. I've a seen a few of your posts and you've done quiet a few compounds/peptides and such and are still very young. You could easily just be in the off season and your body needs some rest from going full throttle for the last 9 months or something else could be at play but to jump on Test just to see if that's it, is risky.

I'm a former pro MTBer but was one of the few guys who didnt take anything illegal. Now I'm in my mid 50's and take a boatload of stuff (TRT being one of them). I only tell you this so you understand where my thoughts come from.
What were the other pro mtb ears taking?
I race downhill/enduro and recently started trt. I suffered a spinal cord injury in 2020, and lost the use of my calves and glutes, so I and switched to gravity disciplines.

My levels dropped down to 675 after the injury, and dropped further, down to 330 after training super hard last year. I recently started trt, I’m hoping it helps with my endurance.

Im considering adding other compounds to potentially help with power output, and endurance. But I’m not sure what else would help since the way we race is so different. In enduro, we ride super hard for 3-5 minutes, zone 5. Then we spend the next 30mins-hour riding or pushing our heavy ass bikes up a 500-700ft ascent to start the next stage. We can rest as much as we want during transfer stages as long as we finish before the cut off time.

Downhill is similar but easier since we usually get shuttles to the top and we don’t have to do as many race runs. Just serious intervals of 3-5 mins of i

The transfer stages killed me last year. My cardio was good for the zone 5 stuff. But the long grueling climbs fucked me up good. I’m assuming having adequate test levels will help

i like enduro and dh, i just suck at it lol,btw just a tip if thats a pic of u its better to remove it
btw i think having good test levels is better because u dont feel tired 24/7 but on race day i dont think it makes a difference,the difference is in recovery,body composition and mental (imho mental is the most important)
