TRT Clinics

Hi,
It’s a private prescription in paper form. It gets sent to your home, and you can use it at any pharmacy.
An active TRT of up to 250 mg per week is accepted. So far, everyone has received their prescription — even those with very high testosterone levels.
I’ve now opted for the subscription. If you choose that option, you’ll automatically receive your prescription along with Eifelfango every 10 weeks, so you don’t have to worry about anything.
The discount code LEGAL is permanently valid and will also be applied automatically to subscription deliveries if it was used during the initial request.
Thank you for the reply. How frequently does the clinic want their patients to opt in for bloodwork?

They only require a total or free testosterone level for the first two prescription requests — then not again until a year later. For me, this is the most affordable way to do TRT legally in Germany with a prescription from a doctor and testosterone from a pharmacy. I’m very satisfied. As mentioned, there are no expensive doctor consultations either.

Can you get only test E? Because i know a compounding pharmacy in germany that makes test cream and thats the best stuff i've ever had...
Testosterone injections or gel. I haven’t heard of a testosterone cream yet — what’s the difference compared to the gel? You could message their support via WhatsApp and suggest it as a product.

I had asked about Telmisartan and Metformin. Both are now available — Metformin starting in August. I’m probably not the only one who requested it.

Gel is alcohol based, absorpes fast and usually you put on more volume 5 - 10 ml than 1ml of cream. The cream was the best thing i've ever used.

Outside of that if you have a doctor confident enough in their legal reasoning (and likely have Rick Collins on speed dial) and also have a compounding pharmacy willing to make it, you can get a few others.

I have a concierge doc who is willing to push the envelope, will prescribe Masteron and anadrol in addition to the ones you mentioned. I just pay the medical pricing direct to the pharmacy, fairly cheap honestly.

I recommend going the concierge doc route to anyone who can afford it. Costs me ~$4K/yr but then my prescriptions go through actual pharmacies instead of Empower or whatever, and I can get labs at wholesale prices, MRI and ultrasounds/etc, and have a great personal relationship with the doctor.

Lab tests that cost ~$495 on Marek or Algo or PrivateMD Labs I usually get for ~$200, insurance never involved.

Doesn’t work for many but it likely saves me money over using TRT clinics or self pay labs in the end.
Old post - but what would you estimate your annual medical expenditures tally up to?

$4,000 for a concierge doc isn't so bad honestly.

After sifting through many clinics I have come to realize that they are like any other business, looking for maximal profits. I used an outfit in FL for a year and paid out the ass for Omnitrope, and it was never delivered on time / out of stock multiple times. Lesson learned. Their doctors were incompetent and sounded like drunk used car salesmen. They charged $300 for a 5 ml bottle of Deca. Anavar was on the menu also but I didn't want it. You're much better off educating yourself and having a doctor who will review your labs with you (there are outfits that will do this online also). But teaser alert, you will know more than they do, unless they are a "bro doc" who is also on gear / GH (one of us). End of the day, if your LFTs are high you know you should not use orals. If Lipids are a mess then you need to figure out why and undo / avoid that in the future. Lots of conflicting views on whether or not to donate blood. I choose to because my H/H runs high and it makes me feel good to donate since I have a rare blood type, but it hasn't done anything to lower my H/H over time.

You will need a reliable PCP to order things like calcium score, echocardiogram, and any other testing you want, but labwork you can order yourself / through one of these online vendors. Might also be good to have a cardiologist visit in case you need some sexy statin cocktail or Repatha Rx.

As an example, I went through multiple clinics and none of them did any advanced small particle testing on my lipids, just the regular LDL and HDL. I went to a "bro doc" consultant / coach and he gave me the full work-up (cost quite a bit), but now I have a much clearer picture of my cardiac risk factors, etc.

That’s a good question, depends on if you include AAS/GH and the associated meds I take to counteract bad effects from it or not.

Pure medical? $4K for the concierge doc, few hundred bucks for meds I choose to get through the pharmacy I’d want to be on regardless, and then a here and there for regular medical things? As you say, not much by my standards considering how important health is. Would rather spend 5K or so a year and never be surprised by a thing than spend little and be blindsided by something.

Obviously if you throw in AAS and GH and peptides it can run higher than that.
