TRT and HMG only for fertility

Hello tough guys.

Can HMG alone under TRT allow me to be my wife pregnant?

Or is HCG a mandatory addition?

Because I would like to avoid introducing HCG because estrogen becomes very difficult to manage.

But normally, if the hmg is a mixture of LH and FSH, that should be enough?

HMG alone may be fine, but it’s going to be very expensive. It’s also going to raise your e2 similar to HCG, so be mindful of that.

Most if not all HMG preparations have a 1:1 ratio of FSH to LH. Using HCG isn’t strictly necessary if you’re directly getting LH.
