TRT and hairtransplant

I'm 51yrs and have bin planning a Fue hair transplant in Jan. I've just been prescribed 100mg cyp a wk trt. Wondering if I should hold off on the trt. Atleast until the hair has had time too take.

Anyone here had a hair transplant and run trt ?
Kinda feels ass backwards as my thinning hair is due to early Aas use over the decades.

Shouldn’t make much difference. The donor hair should be androgen-resistant.

The sudden shock to your body by ceasing or lowering your TRT is likely to do more damage than 100mg T p/w.

I'm assuming the doc put you on preemptive dutasteride or fin as part of the prep?

That low dose of T isn't a problem.

Doc did recommend fin but I've had problems with Mr Johnson in the past. So alittle hesitant.

I start dut about a month ago. .25 daily. No problems so far.
