I am having the most difficult time controlling what I eat. I'm thin, but from all of the sweets I've been eating I am starting to see a thick layer of flab over all of my muscles. Any suggestions as to how I can be better about this nonstop craving for sugar-laden foods would be much appreciated. Thanks a lot,
