trouble putting on mass

I would like to know what an ideal good mass cycle would be for a hard gainer. I am 22 yr. old, 5-8', 145lbs. , and 3.1% BF. I was thinking of a seven week cycle consisting of:

300mg. QV Deca 300 week
400mg. QV Cyp. 200 week
50 clomid ED for 2 weeks
possible throw in 30mg D-Bol ED for first 3 weeks
have anavar but not sure would be a good combo with Test/Deca

Please reply back with any Info!
 
Do D bol at least 25mg a day for atleast 4 weeks no more than 6. That and Test is the best mass builder. Then throw some deca like at least 400mg/week for 8weeks.

See if you can get some pro. since it will raise your strenght level fast. Mix with cyp. If i was you do atleast 500-750mg a week of test.

First..You're no where near 3% bf..I don't care what you say..NO one is 3% BF. You couldn't live very long with a bf% that low.

You don't need gear..You need to learn how to train..and utmost you need to eat everything that isn't nailed down...Eat 4,000-5,000 calories everyday..eat over 250-300 grams of protein Every day...and get on a good training program Like HST or DFHT..Or D.C.'s or 5X5 something like that... And give up the idea that gear is going to take care of you, because it isn't...if you don't address the problems you have with your training and diet right now, you'll be in the same boat no matter how many cycles you do.
 
Are you sure you are 3.1% BF? that condition is only achievable through extreme dieting and cardio whether you are genetically gifted or not, and would mean you just competed in a BB show.

anyway, please post your diet. im sure you arent eating enough. food is the only way you grow anyway.

I agree. That is ridiculously low BF bro. And diet is usually the problem for "hard gainers". There's a simple rule, you eat more than you expend you should gain weight.
 
For all you non believers out there I have done had 3 body composition test and they were all around 3% BF. I know it sounds strange but what do you expect I am 5'8 and 145lbs.

Extra lean bro. I would try to go natural for a little while, eat, sleep, train. Then get on the juice if you still feel the need.

bro you gotta EAT. eat in the morning, eat in the afternoon, and especially eat late at night. eat everything you can get your hands on, especially in the late hours of the day. at 5'8", 145 i have a tough time believing you are at 3% BF as well. even the skinniest of dudes can't reach that low, 6-8 is conceivable.. why are you reading this post, you should be EATING. lol good luck.

post a pic of yourself I bet you look like a bag of bones like a fucking skeliton!! LOL bro aas is not going to help you right now if anything it will cause some damage take the advise of these good meso bro's and eat like a fucking fat chick!! you need 4000cal day eat heavy at night, lay off the cardio
 
Hey bro.i'm on the same boat as you..almost the same stats...listen to these bros and do it naturally for now..i wouldn't exactly up the calories to 4000-5000...maybe around 3000-3500(take in about 210g of protein a day)...because from analyzing my own body i see that i burn about 2300 calories a day and that's with moderate training...also shoot for the 8-10 rep range when trying to achieve some size...what i like to do right now is eat 5 smaller meals throughout the day instead of 3 big meals...and inbetween those meals i drink a 40g protein shake...i'm telling ya..the diet is the most important thing..especially for us hardgainers....all the juice in the world won't do nothing if you dont have the nutrients and muscle building blocks to replace the "damage" you do when you workout....-Whoa
 
Lots of idiots out there that really don't know the proper way to administer a BF test. The best of course are the tanks, bio-impedence meters work very well too. But at three percent and 145lbs, you must look like a stick with a head. :D

alright..no need for the flaming...the guy just came here to get advice not get ridiculed....even though it's damn hard to believe he's only at 3% body fat...
 
Maybe he really is 3%bf, and that is why he is not growing. No one is going to grow wihtout gaining a little fat weight. Eat, eat, and eat. I just learned recently that I could eat even more than I had been, and it has made a difference. Just when you think you are eating as much as possible, you find out that you can stuff yourself just a bit more.
 
Man it sounds like all of you guys have a little jealousy running through your veins. Sounds like you don't have the genetics to become ripped(or look good) and want to try to take it out on somebody else. I mean anybody can get bigger or get blown up. It is the 21st century now and I don't know if you guys have been looking at muscle magazines(apparently not) but the goal now is not to see how much you weigh or how much you can bench press but to have a PYSIQUE!!!! Take your bodybuilding frustrations elsewhere.
