I’ll never achieve my dream physique because I’m never satisfied and there is always something to fix or improve, etc.

My physique today is something I never dreamed I would achieve. But now that I’m here, I want more.

There’s some lessons in that… but ultimately, the only way to truly hit your dream physique is:

1) fix your self perception
2) take hallucinogens / serotonergics (mushrooms in particular seemed to elicit this effect more) and then look into the mirror at yourself. Congratulations, you just saw what you really look like to others.
3) take copious amounts of gear and build a disgusting amount of muscle

Option 2 only lasts for a couple hours
Option 3 is fun but still forever smol
Option 1 is the only true way

How many calories are you eating a day more or less? What kind of deficit you running?
Initially, I hit it really fucking hard. Like 2k deficit daily when I initially started DNP. But then that quickly caught up to me and I was like a walking zombie. Basically walking around on the cusp of low blood sugar all of the time, lol.

Last several days I'll consider "eating at maintenance," which I really needed to somewhat reset. I had mentioned that I wasn't getting hungry from DNP...yea, no, I got absolutely ravenous.

But to answer your question, more or less, I'm eating around 3.5k calories per day. Some days more, some days less; I typically oscillate naturally between higher and lower cal days so the spread is pretty large but the avg should be pretty accurate.

My workouts have been pretty shit. Had a good one yesterday, though. Strong correlation between food intake and workout performance...however, why try and optimize workout performance on DNP? I want to just go all in fat loss.

Hunkering down for another aggressive push. Birthday coming up, 31, will def enjoy a free meal and then proceed to sweat my ass off the remainder of the night lol
 
PS - on TV, we do have internet and streaming services. We even have a "family movie night." So my kids have seen, for example, Raiders of the Lost Ark and E.T. while munching on popcorn and relaxing on bean bags.

So they are not entirely deprived of screens and entertainment.

Just no cable and no turn on whatever the TV has.

Cartoons - And we have a whole set of Tom and Jerry on CD and one of the streaming services had the classic Scooby Doo series, so they got to see most of those (I am talking late sixties- early 70s, the new ones are garbage), and select new cartoons, too.

First time using it. Serious mass builder would use it if they let a bulk go too far / get out of hand. But its utility comes from extending the time you can spend in a progressive phase.

Yeah, it’s got a very very small therapeutic window.

For me, 200mg daily barely felt like much. 400mg daily started to feel it. 600mg daily and I soak my bed every night without fail and need to move to the couch lol.

Best way I can describe? It takes your life force in a dose dependent fashion. Nothing to mess around with, and definitely make sure you have everything else dialed in.

I was explaining to a friend of mine that it’s the only drug that exists that correlates 1:1 how much you suffer to the results you get. My upper limit was 500 mg and when I was on it the bed was soaked, the leather on the couch behind me became hot to the touch, and the “life force” was all gone.

But goddamn did I feel the fat melting.

Same man, in the past when I was an ignorant fuck I used quite a bit of clenbuterol and had to stop because I was sweating like a mofo and It was beyond embarrassing lol

In seriousness, yes, in a long sleeve button down I would certainly be sweating a bit at the office. Unless the AC was turned perfectly to 68ish and I hadn't eaten anything / went for a walk for any reason.

Thankfully I am currently in a position where I don't have to maintain appearances or anything like that. So I can just sweat my dick off anytime I want. But tbh, I am not sweating my dick off. Except for at night in bed sleeping. That's brutal. I made it 7 hours before waking up with my shirt and shorts completely moist this morning.

Thanks...words are hard sometimes I choose use less cuz easier.

Good point on the strongest correlation between suffering and results...I am at a place where there is really zero suffering during the day. I would say about 2.5 to 6 hours after taking it are the worst. Otherwise, just another capsule(s) in the morning.

I am sad at how well DNP works, lol. And how much better I feel on this compared to say clen or really any other fat burner at a reasonable dose.

I don't use it for two reasons, I'm a magnet for side effects. 100% I would get cataract and peripheral neuropathy xD

You know it’s funny you mention that. All of my friends joke around that I literally can do the dumbest things (unstable hormone levels, pushing envelope on doses, etc) and suffer pretty much no negative acutely noticeable side effects (ReadAlot really making me choose words carefully here). Whereas some of them will look at a PED and start getting sides lol.

I believe 2mg/kg was the lowest dose that any side effects were noticed (cataracts in women?)

I’d rather use 200mg of DNP than 80mcg of clen; basically, I’d rather use a really low dose of DNP than a high dose of other fat burners based on perceived results thus far. But who knows, I may come full circle on this.
 
Sounds like you’re not suffering enough. Therefore missing out on fat loss potential.

Thinking hard? Sweating.

I've always been like this but on blast it just kicks up a notch.
If you are negotiating or presenting one side of an issue and are shaking and sweating . . . LOL

Dude, always been like this too. Like embarrassingly growing up. Running a mitochondrial / metabolic health protocol with emphasis on elevating the HR at which I can still predominantly burn fat has seemingly made the biggest difference for me.
Only the sweating thankfully.

Not sure how much trust they'd have in me leading their multi-million dollar projects if I'm up there looking like a sweaty Micheal J Fox.
Oh propranolol…coming in clutch when necessary. Reduces the sweating, too!
 
Getting real tired of this DNP shit, lol. Worst part about it is the nausea I get post dose. I wonder if it has something to do with GLP1 keeping it in my gut for too long? Idk. But I puked all the food I ate yesterday afternoon, night, and this morning like 2 hrs post dose. Fun stuff! Probably help with weight loss that way…nice.

The heat is really not even a bother at this point. I’m gonna back dose down and just run the rest lower and see how things get on like that.

Dehydration from vomitting + DNP is a healthy mix
