TrenboloneTax: Hybrid Cycling / Lifting Log aka Make Hulk Bike Fast

268.5 this morning. Sometimes for a few minutes, I get hit with the most ravenous hunger followed by nausea…and then we’re good to go till it happens again!

I love how I keep looking worse despite losing weight…I can see how DNP can be a total mindfuck.

The more you lose weight the bigger your hands look :p Did you always have big hands or you think the GH had an effect?
My entire life I have always had meat paws. Way before gear or GH. No male on my mom’s or dad’s side is small or has small hands. So i honestly do not believe GH had much impact. My shoe size hasn’t grown at all either.

Keep in mind most of the time I have been running high GH has been with lower carbs likely resulting in less IGF1 conversion, less hyperinsulinemia, etc.
 
No lift today. Just gonna do some extra LISS. Need the extra recovery. Hyooooge deficit + DNP had my legs sore without even working them out lol.

BW: not sure. Didn’t go to gym and step on scale.

DNP is fucking stupid. You can’t tell me that the top pros don’t deploy it intelligently. I don’t care what people say, you can’t convince me otherwise.

How fucking invaluable is it to be able to stay in a progressive phase longer by shortening the cutting phase? Priceless.

That is a big deal to push through to get shredded. Lots of guys can't do it, even competitors who keep showing up show after show "big" and with good proportions, but no first place trophy because they just can't push through that mental block. It's sad when you can see they have winning potential but they just keep sabotaging themselves.

Not competing but this exactly.

Pushing through the feeling small as shit to get truly shredded so I can rebound properly and be able to have a productive growth phase. I've always stopped once I start to feel too small then end up having to stop the growth phase earlier because I get past the point of feeling okay with my body fat. Body dysmorphia is a mind fuck.

Ever done like partner 4 way neck strengthening exercises? You hold your body and neck and head stiff as a board, your partner slowly lowers you as parallel to the ground as you can handle while maintaining that position, and then back up. Front, back, side, side. Handful of reps per direction.

I swear that exercise over 5 years really thickened like my neck neck, and that just made my traps look even larger lol
