If your not ready to inject your 100% not ready for Tren. Try some andro gel maybe.

half an mg a day Pwo on training days for a week, or three days leading up to a PL meet.
Those are the only scenarios in which it could be reasonably used.
In both of those scenarios you are on a lot of other AAS.
Mtren is too toxic for what it actually does.
hurts your stomach, makes you angry and uncomfortable, hurts you liver more than almost anything else.
Even when using outrageous amounts of ancillaries, Mtren is not worth it. Using Sdrol is more productive at that point. (even though Sdrol is also a questionable substance).
If you just want to use Mtren because no needles needed it is the wrong substance as well. Dbol will do more for you at that point. (obv. just pinning test is best)
lol I can pin im just curious bc I saw it in a blend of orals and I don't have a lot of knowledge about oral tren

TBH I have never ran an oral longer than 8 weeks. I'm not a fan of the strain on my liver even better Tren oral. I have done 0 research so I'm not sure how much of it would make it through and be available even. I have seen it on some very reputable lists so I have no doubt it is out there. Not something I am looking to try though. I love Tren but I'd be shooting my test anyway.
