Wow.. I freaking killed it today folks. KILLED IT!! Arm day.. I puked, yepp, puked on arm day.. I'm not talking about busting your ass heavy freaking squats puking but puking from hitting bis/tris!! :eek: YOU KNOW THAT SHIT WAS INTENSE!! I manage to channel all my rage from the past few days into that 75 minute session.. The incident happened right after a super set and I managed to make it to a garbage can. All these old people were staring at me for over 5 minutes, I started getting a little uncomfortable.. The tren is definitely making me push further and further, I love this shit!! []==[]

I feel like a new man.. Ready to smash the fuck out of some pussy later if I can work my magic properly. :)

I weighed myself earlier and was 230lbs on the nose which is only a half pound heavier than I was 6 days ago but I look noticeably leaner and strength is really improving so I'm not discouraged. This weekend I'm going to EAT like a mo-fo so I hope for a couple pound jump by early next week. Need to get my BF measured with the calipers again..

Tomorrow is the end of the 4th week and I'm seriously considering bumping the tren from 60mg to 70mg ED on Sunday. This is going to be the last week of var coming up and I may bump that from 50mg to 60mg. :cool:

Yea I went from .25mg ED on the adex to .5 last night. I'm not that worried about it since I'm taking the nolva but definitely want to keep it under control.

I took .10mg prami. I'm going to see if this is any better..

I just want to get the glands cut out of my nips so I don't have to deal with this shit anymore. My wife works in the pharmaceutical field and knows a lot of doctors, I just asked her if any of those mofoz do shit like this and if they'd give us a deal.. Apparently she knows a few but won't ask because she doesn't want them to know her husband uses gear!! What the fuck!! I get where she's coming from but geez!! It's not worth thousands to keep it a secret.. She never asks these fuckers for anything that will benefit me. Fucking selfish IMO!! [:o)]

How dare her! I work in surgery and its ridiculous how many people use gear. I am a surgical technician and all the doctors I have worked with know it happens and don't judge it is embarrassing to ask but doctors see everything. Tell her to say you are her brother and want the surgery!:o

7:30am- Shake: 2 cups 1% milk, half cup oatmeal, banana, heaping tablespoon peanut butter, tablespoon flax seed oil, scoop of whey, 1 raw egg

8:45am- Tuna sandwich on toasted whole wheat bread and a peach

9:30am- C4 preworkout (2 scoops)

9:45am- lift

~11am- 2 scoops whey, shoot 2-3iu GH

11:15am-cardio

11:45am- Naked Juice whey protein smoothie thing

12:30pm- 10oz Beef, zucchini(usually), half cup brown rice

2:30pm- 4 whole scrambled eggs, 4 slices bacon, toasted whole wheat bagel

4:15pm- 20mg var

4:45pm- 5 raw eggs, yogert, 2 tablespoons peanut butter

6:45pm- Dinner: Beef stir fry, brown rice (this meal changes daily)

8:45pm- 1 or 2 cans of tuna, glass of V8 juice, tablespoon flax seed oil, mozzarella stick

9:30pm- research chems

10:45pm- 1.5 cups 1% milk, scoop of casein, quarter scoop of whey

11:00pm- get that ass/night night.. :D [|)]

No real suggestion, but questions... You don't have bloat from the sodium in the bacon and the V8 everyday? And I think it's probably overblown, but you don't have a salmonella worry with the raw eggs?

Oh, one suggestion. I've found quinoa to be better than brown rice in the macro nutrient sense. Solid amount of slow digesting carbs and fiber, but with more protein than most brown rice.

Low sodium bacon and low sodium V8, not sure how much the low sodium part helps but I don't notice too much bloat.

I'm more worried that the butcher had a cold and sneezed on my meat than I am about salmonella.. I've been drinking eggs since I was 14 and never had an issue. (knock on wood!!)
