So it started off that about this time last year I got a partial tear in my tricep tendon l. My doctor told me to just lift really light and slowly increase weight 10% each week. I was doing this and it was working okay, it seemed like it was getting a bit better but I've gone backward again. At one point it started changing from being a pain in the tendon itself to being a pain in my elbow. I asked my doctor and he just said it must be tendonitis now so to just if when I'm lifting that weight aggravates it to drop back and I've been doing that but I've ended up going backward and down in weight lifting next to nothing now. The pain has changed a bit the last month, I feel it in my elbow but it also feels like my tendon is really tight at times. The only help I've gotten from my doctor is just being told to take it easy so I really have no idea what I'm doing and have just been reading stuff off google and trying it but not having much luck. Is there any advice anyone can help me with, also worth noting my arm doesn't really get the rest it should since I work as a scaffolder and just have to carry on with it at work so when I'm working its definitely pushed harder than it should be.
What I'm currently trying is
BPC-157 250mcg twice a day, definitely have legit stuff, got it from science.bio but only maybe noticed minor improvements and all in with customs fees getting it into the UK ran me about £210 for 15mg so cant really afford to keep it going after this 4 week supply
Wear a SBD elbow sleeve when working and training
Train with really light weights and do very very slow reps when doing any upper body exercise
Use a gua sha stone
Voodoo flossing
Been avoiding anti inflammatories as I read the reduce blood flow
Also if I can find a trustworthy source for TB-500 then looking at adding that in as well as if I can find a source of HGH I can afford then gonna give 2iu a day a try
Any advice is hugely appreciated, havent been able to lift properly in near enough a year now and its driving me crazy
