Hello all. Getting introduced to the gang. For the last three years I’ve transitioned from power lifting to functional strength training. Went from 19% body fat to 10% and have managed to keep the weight over 200lbs at 5’11”. Tore my distal bicep tendon last week and surgery tomorrow so there’s a new battle to fight but I plan to stay busy and not let it derail my progress. Hope to find some good advice and support from these groups. Thanks in advance.
