Training in the morning vs. the evening?

I'm not a morning person. I came across this video (cream of rice, a little fats) worked for me, now I love working out in the morning. The other go to for me is Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrin (Dextrose) personally I believe supplements are all garbage and a waste of money, this is the only one I will use. Just my opinion.

This is all getting to be too much.
The entirety of page 3 is one person carrying on a conversation with himself.

@Millard take a look and tell me i've lost my mind. Not just this thread, but any thread this dude participates in. You'll notice there's a clear and obvious trend.

Once you see the pattern, add up all of the posts between the 4 usernames and tell me if that's not some serious dedication to gaming the post count/react system.

What do you dislike dear? I communicate on interesting topics, I answer. And what bothered you or not. honestly, your accusations against me are not very clear?

I honestly do not care what you invented or invented there for yourself)). Have a nice day mister suspicion)

i'm sure it's purely coincidental that you and @Chieftain joined on the same day, both write in broken English, both don't know how to properly use parenthesis, both avoid using +Quote (to pad your post count) and your profile says you're from Earth and he's from Jupiter. Cute.

i'm sure it's also coincidental that you sign on bright and early every morning to like all of @CoffeeZombie posts then 10 minutes after you sign off he sign's in and does exactly the same for your posts. Then once you shuffle off to work all 3 accounts go silent.

This post is for future use. My guess is @Nerdrage_Hilmateam will be serving up a sales pitch for gear or personal training services here at some point and the 3 sock puppet accounts that you use will be front and center to give him a g2g.

All 4 accounts have generously spread themselves around the forum. Each one can be identified as "one of the guy's" now. So let's get this show on the road and see what service(s) you have to offer to the community.

Two thirds of page two as well

In the end morning vs evening really doesn't matter. Do whatever YOU are able to perform best at. That is what will get you the best results.

Yeah some research shows strength peaks in the afternoon, but I know for me by afternoon I am not really motivated to lift, I just want to run or go for a hike. I always lift in the morning or maybe lunch time. Anywhere from like 8 AM To 1 PM is when I can perform at my highest level and that's when I get the most out of my session. Plus then I can drink caffeine pre workout without it messing with my sleep and I can make sure to have a nice big meal post workout with lots of carbs and protein.

So that what works best for ME. You do what works best for YOU.

My dad will workout at like 7 PM. I am winding down to go to bed at 7 PM lol. To each their own.

Coffee Zombie: last seen: 3:25 AM

The Larry, Curly and Moe of Meso.
I also noticed that Chewbacca and coffee zombie both do the same weird typing thing where they punctuate everything with parentheses)) like that) I never understood why) but that is how they do it)) made me wonder if those 2 were the same person) I get along fine with the guy and have nothing against him, but people should only use one avatar IMO))

To my knowledge it's against the rules to run multiple usernames outside of for the use of leaving anonymous reviews.

That's not what's going on here though.
Logic tells me there's a means to an end with these multiple usernames and i just spoiled the whole plan. Whoopsies.

Idk what the master would could possibly be. I haven't seen any product pumping or anything like that..? I also haven't been paying a lot of attention though.

I would suspect a quick look at the authentication logs would show what IP address each of them is logging in from and determine if they are the same or not.

No product pumping nor any posts in any of the source threads that i can see with the exception of the HilmaTeam guy who screwbaca seems to follow around like a lonely puppy dog. Probably just one more of the MANY coincidences with this guy.

Hey yall! Looking for some opinions on changing workout times to the morning vs. evening. I know this sounds simple but is there a recommended amount of time that I should *actually* be awake prior to lifting, aside from just "don't be groggy"? Scheduling is going to force me to lift in the mornings but I've always been a late-night lifter so this is going to be a rough transition. I'm also assuming I'll need to ensure my nutrition in the morning is solid rather than the IF that I've been doing so any meal recs are welcome, too.

Any good advice is appreciated, thanks!

Relevant raw S/B/D numbers: 275/100/315 (I never train bench lol)
Absolutely no doubt about it that in powerlifting the more meals/food you can get in you before training the stronger you will be during training and the easier the lifting will be. If I train deads at the end of the day I will be strong and powerful, & it will feel easier but if it is in the morning after 2 medium sized meals it will feel pretty tough and taxing, the heavier warm up sets will be tougher and then the sets and maxes I will be out of breath afterwards for several minutes.
