Training in the morning vs. the evening?

Like everyone said all down to preference and adapting to circumstances, much rather evenings workouts myself but back when I had to do a workout right after waking up a high carb meal before bed did the trick. All about the calories throughout the day at the end of the day

Studies say humans are stronger at certain hours of the day, don't remember when so you will have to use google, i remember it wasn't in the morning though, and may not be the same for you.
If im forced to workout first thing in the morning i drink a litre of milk with some protein powder and then take a workout shake with me, with some carbs, glutamine and whatnot.

I am an early bird, I like to get up early and do things early in the morning. It's easier for me to run in the morning, but to train in the evening, especially if it's heavy strength work, such as squats or deadlifts.

And I don't like training on a full stomach, feeling heavy and feeling lethargic and lazy more than energy and desire. Although I agree to everyone you get used to)

I have to take a dump in the mornings.

I've learned that 2 cups of coffee will ensure that the dump is at home before I get to the gym. Very important.

I prefer evening workouts, too, but the way my life is, something always comes up and causes me to miss about half of my evening workouts. I've found that going in the early mornings enables me to make it consistantly.

For coffee is not only cheerfulness. But also the mood, coffee in the morning is a whole ritual

I've always trained in the mornings. I used to do evenings but I don't feel 100%, personally.
I can give it my all in the gym when I first wake up, feel fresh and ready to go. Don't have to deal with the usual bullshit until I leave the premises lol.

I understand you, but I have the opposite feeling. Although I like to wake up early, the effectiveness of training is greater. It’s as if I’m completing tasks at work, we’ll perform a few tricks, write, I’m as if preparing the body for an evening workout))

Morning is my time, I feel a surge of strength and motivation in the morning for a new achievement. But in the evening, on the contrary, after work and solving other problems, my body requires mercy and rest. And that's why workouts in the evening turn out worse.

Morning and coffee is what makes me live) and if it's also a great workout, these are three things worth living for)

I look here fans of peanut butter have gathered. I am also a fan of peanut butter in all its forms, I am always ready to eat it. It is very tasty and gives a lot of energy. Pre-workout coffee and peanut butter are the best pre-workout blend)

Ha. I'll still eat it every once in awhile. But not like I used to before I knew it messed up my BMs. At least I can still drink milk and eat meat.
When I tasted peanut butter, or rather, before that, I had it in the refrigerator for a long time. then I tried to salt it with sea salt. And I started to eat everything in banks. But my weight began to grow rapidly. I had to limit myself to a couple of spoons a day)

Peanut butter very quickly tightens you up to the ears with its taste and it's hard to refuse it)
