tracking waist measurement

Hello,

I am 7 weeks into my cut and so far I lost 6 - 7 cm off the waist (at belly bottom), from 101 - 102 cm to 94 - 95 cm (about 3 inches)

People with experience in doing cuts, is it a good pace? I am 1.81m height and I think I will need to drop till mid 80s to look tight.

Depends on your body man.some people have a small waist
You took a long time to recomp from 23 % right? I thought I would make it in 3 months but damn...

Anyway I am changing a lot of habits, I am doing it sustainably.

I did a long slow recomp. I have put on 30 lbs of muscle and dropped I am assuming around 20 lbs of fat total(need to be rescanned)

this was over the course of 15 months.

You arent asking to really recomp though. you are wanting to cut down to nothing right?

yes, I just want to cut, but the AAS are giving me a lot of strength, I am not losing any muscle.

well you already know how I feel in regards to a cutting cycle unless you are an supraphysiologic in size. I think you should have just done something low and an ECA stack. Or even Clen.

yeah it is kind of a waste, definitely not doing it again.

I really enjoy doing 500 mg of test, dbol for breakfast with proper bulking diet and training like an animal.

That’s why I always run low test. I’m pretty much perma-cutting for life. Have all the size I want. Even need to drop some muscle to get where I want. Higher testosterone will not allow the muscle to come off of me whatsoever. No matter activity level or diet. And I’m talking about even like 200mgs/week is too high. Plus it amplifies appetite.

I think you’re on an ok pace. Just adjust as needed based on mirror and scale.

Slow and steady. And consistancy, along with trusting the process

How much weight have you dropped along with those 3 inches?
It's hard to say real weight lost because I hopped on cycle just when I began the diet. First 3 weeks I did 500mg of test and obviously I gained weight.

From week 4 I lowered to 250mg and added 400mg of mast e.

I started at 95 KG

Now I am at 92,1 KG

That would make it harder to gauge.

I have come across a few things that suggest an inch (2.54cm) around the waist, at the belly button like you mentioned, equates to 5lbs +/- of fat. Of course that would be pretty general, but it seems like a close guide in my case.

Good, then I burned a lot of fat.

I guess I will know real weight once I come off and PCT.
