ok, so im new to "cutting fat" ... what suppliments should i take to "melt" the fat off my body. I have about 20% body fat and i want to drop to like 14% I want an 8pack! Are thyroid supplements good? are cortosol blockers worth a shit?

please help guys.... what suppliments do i need to be taking? I know what type of cardio and excersise i need, but im totally clueless as to what supplements i need. I already take protien, creatine,(occasionally) what about fish oils? will those help me drop in bod fat?

Diet will be key, supplements are exactly that( to supplement a sound diet).
What is your current diet, by the way 14% is still high to have great abs, aim for more like 8%. Whether you have a 8 pack, 6 pack or 4 pack will be genetically determined, once you get rid of the fat.
 
You're definately lower than 20%, based upon those pics. You look more like 14% in those pics.

Eat 6-8 meals per day. Drink at least a gallon of water every day. Cut carbs after 4 pm. Eat less calories than you burn. Eat more than 200 grams of protein/day. After 3-4 weeks of maintaining a calorie deficit you may need to add cardio to keep losing.

You could also add an EC stack to give you energy while dieting.
 
ok, good tips guys, Thanks. My current diet is maily chicken, but i am constantly eating after 11PM. That is my biggest problem. I am currently not working out or running at all. I will begin working out in a few days again but i need to know what supplements i should implement with a "sound" diet to shed fat off. So what do you guys know about fish oils, carb blockers, cortisol blockers... etc etc? Which ones should i take for maxium effective body fat loss.

Ephidrene would be useful as well as flax seed oil 3-4 tablespoons a day, dont bother with carb blockers are any of that rubbish.

ok, what kind of ephidrene should i use? hydroxycut? No2? ETC ETC
 
sounds like your putting too much emphasis on the suplements. 90% of results come from your diet alone. That being said, just get some vasopro
 
ok, thank you so much guys!!! the info has been very very help ful!!! ok, one last question? is it smart to combine caffine and vasopro? I was doing some reading and people were saying that caffine and ephedra worked like magic. is this safe?
 
what daily dose should the EC be? Do you do 25mg Eph and 200mg Caffeine 1x per day? I would think higher doses of ephedra could really give you the jitters.
 
the ephedrine doesn't really give me jitters, i mainly use it because it completely destroys my appetite for about 4 hours. use it whenever you feel the need, i'd suggest right before your cardio or weight training because it gives you a real boost in energy. 25mg & 200mgcaffeine 3x a day is what i use when cutting.
 
if im eating 6 times a day an vasopro is killing my apetite, should i still eat even though im not hungry? what exactly does vasopro do anyway? What does Flax seed oil do?
 
vasopro is ephedrine and guafenesin (sp ?).

The ephedrine speeds fat burning, increases energy, and supresses apetite. Guafenesin is to help cough up phlem. You don't need it, but it's in the vasopro. Vasopro is sold as an over the counter asthma medicine, so that's why it has guafenisin.

Flax is good when you're in a serious cutting diet; keeps your body from turning on the "don't burn fat, burn muscle" trigger. You definately need to keep eating, bro. Even when cutting, it's important to eat. It will keep your metabolism going full speed and save muscle mass.
 
is there anything i can add ontop of creatine protien(only take these on work out days),glutamine(sometimes), Flax and vasopro?
 
ok, ive been taking optima flax seed (softgels with each meal [~6times a day]) and Vasopro eveyday (about 3 times a day) for around 1.5 weeks now and i can't seem to get the pouch around my stomach to go away. Ugh, how do i rid myself of it. Any good exercises i should be doing. Ive been sticking to regular situps and my upper abs show with no problem, but my lower abs are coverd by fat. HELP!!!
