Top Ten Bodybuilders of all time

Actually books tell us too many things ... Only very few books that i read in the past actually say heavy weight to be best for hypertrophy, but they never get into the type of Hypertrophy . Some guys say 8 is the magic rep # for Muscle fiber hypertrophy .. some say less and some say more ... IMO heavy weight low reps is the easiest way to build muscle size and strength ... I didn't say the fastest way, just the easiest. I think to get the most muscular development,we need to do a combination of high rep/low rep work .. Muscle fiber types being a major difference with how our muscles respond to different rep schemes,so yes i agree with you ... kind of :)

If you look closely you can that guys today do about 40 percent the amount of training that days did back in the day.Who does 40 sets for chest or back in one session anymore??? Some guys do train quite a bit ie cutler n coleman but its no even close to that these guys did back in the day.

More drugs now they don't need much work :-) .. I will bet money the newest drugs out on the market are far more important to Pro BBers .. Many BBers actually, then any training methods out there

Frank Zane will always be my hero

He's so cool.

Frank is top 10 of all time in my book.

Zane would be quite impressive if he was natural, but with steroids many many people can acheive that look and symmetry.

Im not saying all - as alot of BBers have shit frames, muscle bellies etc and look like bloated thick bulls, but really zane is nothing special at all.

Wheres Dorian Yates and Lee Haney?

It's hard to say one is better than the other with genetics being out of their hands .. I believe Arnold was great because of his motivation for the sport .. dedication and his wonderful I'LL BE BACK line lol. .. I liked Sergio .. Not many of todays BBers mainly because of the guts .. Who's that one guy .. Johnny Fuller? yeah i think he looked great .. Parkerson? Peterson .. Can't remember but black guy with some awsome calfs .. Probably one of the best calfs or the best i've ever seen .. I can find out in one of my books but not right now ..
