So the tpp/npp is giving me some good strength gains. I went from 120 pound sets of 12, curls to 140 pound sets of 10, curls. But damn if my back delt wasn’t hurting after that. Prob should come back down to 130 and wait a week before I do curls again.
It actually was hurting when I was doing hammer curls and front/side delt raises with the dumbbells.
Eventho I don’t feel no pain from it now so I’m not for sure if or what’s the issue but it was burning like shit on them last few sets.

No reason to rush things but damn I want some!!! Lol!Going to wait for experienced cycle reviews. I'm leery of newer compounds. I want to see guys who have run 10+ cycles and most other major compounds run it and get bloods after to see impacts. Most of what I've seen is pretty meh but tested gear and mega pip out of the equation I want to see what guys think.
