Finally someone who understands! I’m on my way down body fat wise. No matter what I did when I was 300-315 I was just too fat , strong as fuk but to fat. I think 250 will be comfortable for me. If not then idk.

Ye I always struggle with some fat now ever since I went up above 220 years ago (my avatar). I think 250 is a good weight for me also in terms of my muscle/fat ratio. But I'm currently an out of shape 245 since I haven't been lifting consistently some December.. Burt the shoulder... Tried working through it. Etc.. finally shut it down totally. Been pigging out and drinking more than I like since my routine has been fucked
