Just got back from the gym. Hella workout today. Really liking the growth, and definition I’m putting on. Awesome pump when I left the gym.
Worked back, shoulders, delts, biceps, triceps.
Only been getting in 3 workouts a week due to family considerations. I’m the local taxi it seems.
Getting ready to start week 5 on Saturday.
I’m anCouple weeks I will be starting the dbol, winny combo.
Been getting my protein, and fats it, but not the carbs.
I know I’m gonna get heckled for this, but this last week I’ve been eating bananas and strawberries before I go to the gym, and fried potatoes cooked in coconut oil afterwards.
I know rice would be a better choice but it is what it is. I’m not so concerned about putting on a little fat. I just need to make sure I’m getting the calories in that I need and up until the tators I wasn’t.
