I’m worried about him because of his age. Even on cycle, BP needs to be managed and kept in check. You’re young and resilient, but I’ve seen “kids” (I call you kids because I could be your dad) having strokes at your age and even younger.

Also, @Roger rabbit has said that when your BP raises even temporarily, your arteries begin to harden and adapt to that as the new “normal.”
At Dr now. 140/82 just now
Waiting on my doc to talk to me now.

So they put me on 5mg lisinopril.
Come back Mon to get checked again.
They did several blood tests including a lipid panel. Results should be back tomorrow.
In the mean times I will stay the course.
I might drop 1 day of lifting and incorporate more cardio.
Probably get the bike out of the garage and put a few miles on it.

on my last cycle my blood pressure got Incredibly high. Sometimes close or even worse than these numbers.

This will absolutely be a significant risk factor if you plan on using AAS long term.

I always recommend people honestly asses their own genetics and propensity for health problems before considering long term AAS use - I genuinely believe a significant portion of users don't have the genetics to safely B/C without succumbing to health issues, some don't have suitable genetics or tolerance for even moderate dosages and occasional cycling.

If someone has serious ambitions or is competitive, I still think they should start their journey with 1-2 cycles per year to assess tolerance and how health markers react - from then they can decide if long term use is something that they can tolerate without exploding a valve.

Some of us are luckier than others when it comes to this. Some people are reckless and don't give a fuck either way.

Dropping in to say hi to my favorite fuck sticks.

Blast cycle has converted from long ester to short. Don't really know how to describe it but I didn't feel right so I switched to straight shorts.

50 test p 50 mast p 30 npp ED. Responding better than ever..I chalk that up to titters gear. Before I catch any shit, I know the doses are low and that is just how I like them.

Shoulder is 100 percent also! Benching in competition will not be an issue as I thought it was a while back.

Holding steady at 227lb but looking big, well for me ;)

Life has been busy but I still love you all :D

I hate lisinopril. If you start getting the dry hacking cough side effect from it, have your doc switch you to Micardis (brand name) Telmisartan (generic name).

Lisinopril is an older generation of medication. Why they don’t prescribe telmisartan more is something I do not understand. Old habits I guess...
