For transparency, cbase recently put a 72hour hold on a 400$ transaction (I already had the btc and was attempting to send it to a personal wallet to move around a few times). These companies and apps pick and choose with no rhyme or reason when to flag something. Which is why I always preach sending it elsewhere before sending to sources.

I think EQ with Anavar is the best combo for lean hard vascular gains, It is for me at least.
My mind might and probably will change by the time I’m finished with my current cycle but for right now EQ is still king in my eyes.

I’ve never run eq either but guys are talking about it more and more. I’ve only run NPP...would you see any benefit running eq along with npp and test during a cycle? Too much or counter productive?

“Wet” gains vs “dry” gains. NPP/Deca will definitely get you bigger/rounder way quicker then EQ. I’ve run Deca and a little bit of NPP(NPP early in this cycle because the DHB was brutal). I think it’s too much, I’m definitely in the less is more camp. I like lower dose long cycles, I’ve tried Test/Deca 10 weeks in the distant past and didn’t like how puffy I looked. Keep in mind this was the early 90s when everything was bro science. EQ makes me feel good, eat like a horse and the gradual gains keep the idiots from commenting on the Chinese’s vitamins. test E/C 300-400 some advocate for test equal to EQ dose to avoid slight Ed issues.

Anavar 50mg 1-4/12-16 or 16/20
Eat clean and train like you have steriods in your veins

I’m using coinbase and only linked my debit card. My limit when I first started was only $300 a week. Now it’s 5g a week. I get coin instantly. Depending on how much I buy in coin determines my fee. It’s like $11 to buy $300 worth. From purchase of coin, to sending to my alternate wallet, then to the source might cost me $12 total! I have yet to run into any issues. I’m starting to think it might be the bank provider that causes all these hold ups with people, but idk.

What’s your opinion on High Dose vitamin A and B5 for acne? Ive herd this will help dry the skin of oils and reduce acne but not to the extent of accutane. Maybe good for moderate acne

Have you tried a topical retinoid, like adapaline which is otc, and then there’s tretinoin and isotretinoin. Works pretty well, but the results and any side effects are isolated to the area you apply it to. Just don’t get it on your junk, it’ll fuckin burn, bad, esp the ballsack, not right away but soon enough. Sounds like common sense but say you have acne on your inner thigh near the groin or asacne (ass acne), it might dry but it can still find its way.

Or if you wanna keep it all natural you can even extract the vitamin A oil from the caps and apply it to the acne spots.

This is just the retinoid part of acne treatment/prevention, there other things that go along with it.
