Tirz vs Sema

Reta makes me flat, pump isn’t great, carbs are the same as before and enough time is left for digestion.

Looking for mainly appatite suppression but also the one with the best insulin sensitizing benefits etc.

Which would be best? Thanks.

Reta keeps me full, I can even eat more carbs. Gave me and a few ppl a nice recomp. But, our doses are between .5 -2 mg/wk also. My group isn't looking to suppress our appetites because we still need our nutrition.

But, I'll tell ppl to use some tirz to dull the appetite, not totally suppress it. Sema is the King/Queen of side effects. i'd go with Tirz.
